Return / Replacement Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Please note :
We have 45 days of warranty from the day you receive the laptop.

There is “NO” Return/Refund Policy for any laptop purchase.

If you receive: (pc to pc replacement)

  • Defective Product (Software/Functional Issue)
  • Wrong Product (Model)
  • Dead Product (Product Not Working)
  • Damaged Product (Physically Damaged)

KINDLY NOTE BUYER/CUSTOMER SHOULD NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR RECEIVED ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED HAS BEEN FOUND AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

If a wrong or damaged product is found, the same must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images/video of the product & product box (through email/WhatsApp). We advise all our customers to make an unboxing video at the time of receiving their orders, so that their grievances can be resolved smoothly.

We accept your request when we receive your goods completely unused and accompanied with all the accessories.

The maximum resolution time promised to the customer is 7-10 working days.

We mostly do well packing for all the product we have sold more than 1000+ laptop and 2000+ laptop accessories.
We haven’t made damage in the transit our packing is so well and we spend INR400 for packing a laptop itself.

Heads-Up:
Update IT will try to get the purely imported laptops with high quality, however : 
*”USED-IMPORTED OR USED” means have “minor scratches, rubber-dents and usage traces.”

Our sincere request, “Don’t expect look like brand-new.”

Replacement policy on our products

If you discover a defect in any product, please contact Update IT directly for information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty/seller’s warranty.

Once we have received your return request, we will arrange reverse pickup from your door step to handover the product to our courier partner.
Once we received the product, we will validate & initiate a Replacement with another same model laptop.
Replacement laptop/product Shipping/courier charges and handling fees borne by Update IT.

Customer must return all the accessories along with the product which is received at the time of delivery at the original condition.
If the product is mismatch or warranty seal is broken or any other physical part interchange Update IT has the full rights to reject the replacement request.

Our complaint resolution process is designed to ensure fast and efficient resolution of your issue at the first point of contact.
While we always aim to provide you with awesome customer service, we understand that there will be times when you may wish to express dissatisfaction with our products, services, staff or policies.
