Warranty and Quality Check

Read it Carefully :

Warranty can claim only from Seller, no physical damage like water spill, liquid spill, Power-Trip/failure issues any other physical damage.

Warranty Terms : When You claim for Warranty we check it through any desk, or Team viewer.
We guide to do some basic troubleshooting steps if it doesn’t fix.
We go through to fix for any Minor issues we will provide you the replacement of the parts through courier to your physical address.
Other major issues we arrange service at your nearest location, for the worst case mother board replacement you need to ship the product to our company address.

Repair/Service :
Buyer/Customer need to bare the courier charges from buyer end (From & To i.e., both sides of Courier Charges).
We can help in arrange our courier partner for door step pickup it will cost depending on distance for courier charges.

Note : Courier Charges in case of repair
“Free Courier Charges” are applicable only at the time of laptop purchase. Update IT Solutions will bare the courier charges to deliver the package.
“Service/Repair”i. Customer can visit the shop and handover to us, to get it repair. ii. Customer should pay the To & From courier charges to repair the laptop.

Will I get Warranty Card along with Laptop ?
Yes You will get a hard-copy invoice along with with seal and sign. We will mention the Warranty period i.e., 45 Days.

Brand New Laptop : If you purchase laptop/Brand-New with seller warranty at the time of placing the order.

How long does the warranty cover for the battery?
We provide 45 Days as standard warranty for complete Laptop & other spare parts.

Example :

If battery get defective, we will replace it with new battery if it happens within 45 Days time-line.

How to claim for warranty ?

How do you provide Warranty Service (post 45 Days Warranty)?
We provide Life-Time Service Free i.e., we don’t collect Service Charges. Spare parts charges OR Chip-Level charges to customer.
Elaborately :
For Example#1, if the Laptop RAM get failed (after 45 Days time).
Customer should pay the New RAM Charges and Update IT will do the New RAM installation without Service Charges.

Example#2 : If Operating System get corrupt continuously, Update IT will do the data backup and do the OS reinstallation with no additional charges.

Example #3 : If any mother board issues OR any Chip-Level repair required, Customer Should pay the repair charges.
Update IT will help customer to get it repaired/fixed with Authorized Chip-Level Service Centre.

If it is not repairable, discuss with us and we will try to provide another laptop with discounted prices.

Can I claim for Physical damage warranty?
“No!!”
You cannot claim for physical damage warranty like “liquid spill, water spill, burnt, high voltage damage, other physical damage display broken or crack on display or display line, display patch, speaker damage, keys broken or any other physically damaged.

How long does it takes to fix the laptop on warranty claim ?
It takes maximum 7 to 10 days to resolve your problem in warranty period.

Can I extend my warranty period after purchasing the laptop?
Yes, at the time of purchase, you can pay additional Rs2500 for 1 Year additional warranty.

Quality Check
We maintain the quality on every single product, so we process 20+ quality check process on each laptop we provide the quality check sheet at the time of receiving the product to buyer.

Quality check will be go through by quality experts. Every single product processed on quality check section to we make sure that buyer can get the 100% quality product.

How quality check works?
Our quality check team is very experts we maintain the quality team as 3 section each section do their quality work and final quality team revise the check sheet before dispatching the product.
